Serpentine Lido｜Open-water swimming in Hyde Park

Student noteA roped-off natural swimming area in the Serpentine lake in Hyde Park. Open to the public in summer, pay-per-visit, and the water is genuinely cold. There are changing rooms and a sunbathing lawn nearby; even if you're not swimming you can sit on the bank and watch the swans. ⚠️ Lifeguards only during open hours – don't swim when there's no one around.
