Student noteThis Vietnamese spot serves a generous beef pho with thin, tender beef, a clear but flavourful broth, and springy rice noodles. The Hot Sweetie Chicken Wings have a slightly rough but not overly thick coating, with a sweet, tangy, mildly spicy sauce.
