Student noteThe Basque cheesecake here is silky without being runny, and the hojicha flavour is the least sickly — matcha and pistachio can feel a bit much halfway through. The strawberry matcha pineapple bun has crispy bread and proper matcha cream, but the matcha white chocolate tart is underwhelming, too sweet and heavy.
