Student noteThis Japanese spot UMI in Edinburgh does a great job with their prawn tempura served with a wasabi mayo that really cuts through the richness. The large sashimi set is thick-cut and fresh, and the spicy paitan ramen has a rich but not heavy broth, with a stuffed green pepper tempura inside. Handy for a meal after a study session.
