The Whitworth

Student noteAn art gallery next to the University of Manchester, founded in 1889, with over 60,000 works including watercolours, contemporary art, prints, sculpture, textiles and wallpaper design. There's also a kids' interactive area, so it's worth setting aside half a day to wander through.
