Student noteA Japanese tea room known for its matcha parfait: three brownies on top, crispy puffed rice in the middle, and a bitter, concentrated matcha espresso layer at the bottom — add warm water and it becomes your second cup, a matcha latte. There's also a collab branch on the third floor of the Covent Garden Uniqlo, with a glass skylight that's great on sunny days.
