Greenwich Foot Tunnel｜Foot tunnel under the Thames

Student noteOpened in 1902, this foot tunnel runs under the river from Greenwich to the Isle of Dogs — 400 metres long, open 24 hours, and free. Each end has a domed lift building, and the white-tiled corridor inside photographs really well; walk across and you'll get a full view of Greenwich's old docks from the other side.
