Student noteHinaga has seasonal shaved ice on now. The fig, raspberry and coffee bowl has snow so fine it's almost like cotton, not sickly sweet at all, and melts into a rich coffee jam milkshake towards the end. The mango, coconut and pandan bowl is more tropical, sweeter and upfront, with chunks of coconut.
