Student noteThis Bentoya in Edinburgh does a generous A5 wagyu rice bowl, tender meat with a rich sauce that isn't greasy - worth trying once it's officially on the menu. The chawanmushi is packed with seafood, the sashimi is fresh, and the sukiyaki comes with plenty of meat and veg. Good range of cocktails too.
