Student noteYou sit in an actual hot-air balloon-shaped booth inside the Great Conservatory at Syon Park for afternoon tea, and it photographs really well. Each table seats six, so it's great for a birthday. It takes about an hour from Waterloo, and after getting off at Syon Lane you still have to walk a bit into the park, though the path is paved and easy.
