Project Canelé

Student noteA low-key canelé spot tucked behind Princes Street in Edinburgh. Go early and you'll get them fresh out of the oven, crisp outside and soft inside. They also do Basque cheesecake, sandwiches and cinnamon rolls, and you can eat in or take away. It can get a bit rushed around 3pm and the space itself is small.
