Student noteA retro industrial-style bar and restaurant in central Manchester, good for an evening drink. The pork cheek is tender but small in portion, while the mac and cheese and Korean fried chicken are just okay—the fried chicken sauce is on the sweet side. Worth getting instead: the slow-cooked ox cheek, the crispy whitebait, and the gunpowder potatoes, which are a bit spicy.
