Student noteFirebird in Soho is good for sharing between two or three people — the roast duck is tender and juicy with a sauce that pairs really well, and one main is enough for two. The tuna tartare with their crispy bread is excellent, the beef tartare is just okay (shiso leaf overpowers the beef), and the roast pork belly is tangy and refreshing, though the potato side was a bit undercooked.
