Student noteA small seafood spot in Leith, Edinburgh, close to the visa centres, handy if you're there anyway. The signature soft-shell crab tempura burger uses a whole crab instead of a patty, which feels novel - the crab has a bit of a fishy edge but it's not off-putting. The soup of the day was a traditional Cullen skink, and the smoked trout with a Thai-style sauce and mango was also interesting, but the flatfish was a bit too salty and not something to recommend.
