Student noteThe signature chicken hotpot is generous, comes with handmade pulled noodles in the pot, good chewy texture, and the chicken's tender too - a pot is enough for two people, it's not spicy so no need for extra rice, but the sauce is great mixed into rice anyway. The menu covers both northern and southern Chinese cuisine, not just Hunan dishes.
