Student noteShiro's set lunch is seated, course-by-course all-you-can-eat sushi, not a messy buffet, and the room is quiet and elegant. The miso soup and starters already show they put in effort, with nigiri, hosomaki and uramaki coming round by round until you're calculating how many more rounds you can fit in.
