Nakimushi

Student noteA joint project from the chefs behind Urchin and Robin's Ramen, with a much bigger dinner menu than lunch. The fried quail and dashi-pickled veg are both good, and the lobster ramen works well with extra chashu — though the chashu that comes with the ramen itself isn't great. Didn't get to try the pork loin main this time, worth going back for.
