Uchi Bake

Student noteA Japanese-style bakery and cafe in Lower Clapton doing neat sandwiches, parfaits and cheesecakes. The hojicha cheesecake is the standout, and the matcha parfait has nice layers too. The beef rice burger is tasty but the rice crust wasn't crisped through and gets a bit sticky, and the matcha mochi cookie is a touch too sweet.
