Student noteThis Edinburgh Michelin-starred spot is set in an old warehouse with a wabi-sabi look. The truffle scallop and red-legged partridge are excellent, and the desserts are great too, but the starter soup (made from crab steaming water) is a bit off. Worth booking ahead.
