Student noteThis spot does Palestinian-inflected European baking, with cinnamon buns, cookies and focaccia given a Middle Eastern twist using spices and dried fruit. The strawberry sumac cinnamon bun is sweet and tangy without being sickly, the salty zaatar feta and chilli bun is good though could use a bit more cheese, and the cherry mahleb chocolate cookie is crisp and genuinely tasty.
