Student noteThis Climat on the 8th floor in Manchester has great views, best on a clear evening when you can catch the sunset. The menu changes often, but the hash browns with taramasalata have stayed on it, not oily at all. The mussels with cider are really fresh, the chicken and spring vegetables are good too, and the apple and sorrel sorbet cuts through the richness.
