Student noteThis is from Sergio Herman, a three-Michelin-star chef, bringing his Antwerp fries shop to London. The skin-on chunky fries come out really crispy, and you can pick two sauces for the signature fries, or go for special flavours like bacon jalapeño, furikake nori crunch, or beef stew. When it first opened it got so busy there was nowhere to stand outside, so be ready for that.
