Student noteThis chain cocktail bar does a chemistry-lab theme, with drinks that smoke or change colour mid-mix, great for photos. PEACHES & CREAM and LYCHEE & PASSIONFRUIT are fruity and on the sweeter side, and quite a few drinks are low in alcohol, so it's easy going for anyone who doesn't drink much. The truffle fries go well with the cocktails. There are six branches across London, including Aldgate and Canary Wharf.
