Student noteThis Italian restaurant in Covent Garden does walk-in afternoon tea, no booking needed, between 2pm and 5pm — it's a flat rate per person with unlimited tea refills. The desserts are displayed in tiers on a turntable set-up, which looks great, and upstairs window seats look out onto the street. None of the desserts miss, the tiramisu-style choux bun especially. One thing though: you have to choose between afternoon tea and their regular menu, so if you want their actual pasta dishes you'll need to go back separately.
